Well, we switched again to something that all you guys with apple tech can see. Since Chatango had flash, those trying to view it from an ipad, itouch, iphone etc... could not see it; so the change was made again. That said, it is rather simple to reserve a name.
1. Type your desired name in the proper field during your first viewing of the shoutbox.
2. Enter a password.
3. Confirm your Name.
4. Chat away.
