What are canon characters? How can I play as a canon character?

Well a canon character is a character that is not made from your own imagination. It is a character made by a gaming company, a manga artist, or an animation corporation. On Awakened Hearts, you may play as any canon character from any game, anime or manga universe.

What are NPCs? Can I play as one?

NPC stands for Non Playing Character. This means no, you cannot play as this character. The admin, or a selected staff member, will play as these characters. These can range from plot characters, or even just to make threads interesting.
